SUSPENDED LICENSE   If your test for alcohol concentration is 0.08 or more, your license will be confiscated. an order of suspension isssued and if eligible, a temporary license issued for a period of 45 days. If you refuse to take the test, the suspensin shall be for a period of 120 days for th efirst offense and one year for a second offense. A suspension may be modified if you agree to participate in the Ignition Interlock Program for at least a year. You may request an administrative hearing at any time within 30 days of the date of the order os suspension, to show cause why your license should not be suspended.
